- Prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision with 100% accuracy
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory including stock rotation, ordering, and wastage tracking
- Provide clear medication instructions and answer patient queries regarding usage and side effects
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and documentation standards
- Assist in compounding specialized medications and maintaining sterile preparation areas
- Coordinate with healthcare providers on prescription clarifications and patient care plans
- Operate pharmacy management systems for inventory tracking and prescription processing
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in Pharmacy or equivalent healthcare certification
- Valid Pharmacy Assistant license (STR Sipil Apoteker) from Indonesian authorities
- Proven experience in hospital or retail pharmacy environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle precise measurements and dosages
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Basic proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
