Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including stock rotation, ordering, and quality control checks
- Provide clear medication instructions and counseling to patients under pharmacist supervision
- Maintain precise electronic and paper documentation of dispensing activities and patient records
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for pharmacy dispensing systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pharmacy or related healthcare field from accredited institution
- Valid pharmacy technician or assistant license/certification (region-specific)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical or retail pharmacy setting
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain precise documentation
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
