Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality front-line customer service and support to shipping lines, cargo owners, and logistics agencies.
- Coordinate and process port documentation, vessel clearance, and container movement requests accurately.
- Liaise closely with internal yard and terminal operations teams to ensure prompt resolution of shipment issues.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and billing disputes in a professional, timely manner.
- Utilize PSA's advanced port management systems to track vessel schedules, cargo status, and generate reports.
- Maintain compliance with all port safety, security policies, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in computer software and willingness to learn proprietary port operations systems.
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Willingness to work on rotating shift schedules (including weekends and public holidays) to support 24/7 port operations.
