About the Role: PSA Corporation, a world-class port operator, invites applications for the position of Assistant Port Executive (Trucking/Warehouse Operations). In this full-time role based in Singapore's Central Region, you will be integral to our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and safe trucking and warehouse management. We offer a competitive salary and a $5,000 joining bonus for Singaporeans and PRs.
Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Port Executive, you will coordinate daily trucking schedules to optimize delivery times, oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will work closely with internal teams, external transporters, and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain service excellence. Additionally, you will monitor inventory accuracy, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are: You possess a diploma in Logistics or a related field and have prior experience in trucking or warehouse operations. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in trucking or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
