Marina Bay Sands is seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Producer, Exhibitions – Museum (Temp) to join the celebrated ArtScience Museum team in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate with curators, artists, and production experts to bring world‑class exhibitions to life, supporting every stage of project development from concept to installation.
You will work alongside masters in the museum field, contributing to a dynamic learning environment where creativity and precision intersect. This is a unique opportunity for early‑career professionals to gain hands‑on experience in exhibition coordination, content creation, and stakeholder communication, while developing a deep understanding of museum operations.
Key responsibilities include assisting the production team with scheduling, budgeting, and vendor liaison, as well as conducting research on exhibition themes and preparing supporting materials. You will help manage logistics for artworks and interactive installations, coordinate travel and accommodation for artists, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves monitoring project milestones, preparing status reports, and liaising with internal partners such as Marketing, Education, and Visitor Services to deliver a seamless visitor experience.

- Assist in planning and coordinating exhibition timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support the production team with vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and contract management.
- Coordinate logistics for artworks, interactive installations, and multimedia elements, including transport, storage, and installation.
- Conduct research on exhibition topics, collect reference materials, and help develop content for interpretive signage and digital media.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with marketing, education, and visitor services teams to ensure cohesive visitor experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, or museum assistantship is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and accuracy.
