Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Production Director in daily administrative tasks and strategic planning
- Monitor production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with different departments (logistics, quality control, maintenance) for seamless workflow
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Assist in developing and implementing production processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control and resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize output
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to protocols and performance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing production or operations management
- Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing principles, and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
