You will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day production activities, overseeing administrative functions, and implementing system improvements that drive productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Director in formulating and executing production strategies to maximize output efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor daily production schedules and workflows to identify bottlenecks, delays, or operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards, ISO protocols, and system compliance requirements.
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks, including production reports, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with various departments (e.g., HR, Logistics, Sales) to ensure seamless coordination of production activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to production supervisors and staff.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems to track inventory, labor costs, and production metrics accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions quickly.
