Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing daily farm activities and production schedules.
- Monitor production progress to ensure targets are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards for all agricultural products.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular safety checks to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory and equipment needs.
- Prepare daily reports on production output and operational challenges.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Proven experience in a production or farm management role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of farming machinery and general farm operations.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed.
