Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitor production workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Train and supervise production staff on operational procedures
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely material supply and finished goods dispatch
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred
