Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
- Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP/FSSC).
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to maximize productivity and reduce downtime.
- Manage raw material inventory and logistics to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and improve cost efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for operational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with edible oil processing or specialty fats production is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment typical of Japanese MNCs.
- Valid Singapore work pass is required.
