Welltech Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Singapore. As an Assistant Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. This position offers exposure to various aspects of construction project management, including coordination with consultants, materials management, and site operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Report directly to Project Manager and Site Manager for work arrangement and coordination activities
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors for submission and approval of materials and shop drawings
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and documentation
- Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations
- Track and manage materials procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory control
- Assist in resolving technical issues and respond to site instructions from consultants
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, variations, and correspondence
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in construction is an advantage
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced construction environment
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
