Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management
- Support documentation processes including drawing reviews, change orders, and compliance verification
- Facilitate site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project contingencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management roles
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools
- Strong understanding of Singaporean construction regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities in construction environments
- Certification in PMP or similar project management methodology preferred
