Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and coordinating electrical project activities, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, permits, and compliance records
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and safety protocols implementation
- Support in the procurement of electrical materials and equipment
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for electrical projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical project coordination or assistant project roles
- Familiarity with electrical systems, codes, and industry standards (e.g., Singapore NEA regulations)
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
