Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for assigned construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans using MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations (WSH), and environmental standards.
- Manage contract administration including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction or built environment sector.
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept to handover, preferably with experience in high-rise, industrial, or institutional buildings.
- BCA Project Management certification or recognized PMP accreditation is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong asset for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own transport (preferred due to site location).
