Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate smooth site operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, highlighting potential delays or issues for management review.
- Manage documentation, including site meeting minutes, progress claims, and technical submissions.
- Ensure full compliance with local authority requirements and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in pre-development feasibility studies and post-development hand-over procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in property development or construction project management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and site safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot site-related issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
