- Assist the Project Supervisor in planning, organizing, and controlling construction activities
- Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from the original plan
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Support in managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel allocation

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or supervision
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in construction safety management is a plus
