Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain procurement policies for construction materials and equipment
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate favorable contract terms
- Ensure compliance with Trading Department procurement procedures
- Coordinate with construction teams to align material procurement with project timelines
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Construction Management
- 3+ years in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction/real estate
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain logistics
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
