Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Verify and validate quality control parameters against established specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of test results in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in troubleshooting quality deviations and participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure precision and operational readiness.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety standards, and Hershey internal policies.
- Collaborate with production line staff to monitor process control and recommend improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a shift-based environment.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation and basic analytical methods.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight production deadlines.
