Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate inspection records
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality standards
- Identify and report quality deviations to senior staff
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in developing quality control procedures and training materials
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate (technical degree preferred)
- 1+ years experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and food safety standards
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping systems
