Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports for management review
- Analyze and interpret contract terms to ensure compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support the preparation of payment applications and process subcontractor invoices
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measure quantities
- Maintain accurate project records, including cost tracking documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual and financial issues
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control principles
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, BuildSmart)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction industry standards and practices
