Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in subcontractor negotiations and procurement processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and progress payment documentation
- Conduct site visits to verify material quantities and work completion
- Support contract administration and variation order management
- Generate monthly cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT)
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- Understanding of Singaporean construction industry standards
- Valid BCA certification or willingness to obtain
