Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-outs and renovation works.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and quantity take-offs for materials and labor.
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare monthly cost reports for management review.
- Assist in vendor negotiations and procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency.
- Process invoices from subcontractors and suppliers and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contract variations and claims.
- Ensure all financial documentation complies with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or renovation sector.
- Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel for spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Strong numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and engineers.
- Familiarity with local building codes and tendering procedures is highly preferred.
