Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and procedures
- Monitor and ensure excellent customer service is maintained throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Participate in staff scheduling and payroll management
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
