Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises.
- Implement and monitor strict security protocols and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage access control systems and ensure guest and staff security checks are thorough.
- Train hotel staff on safety procedures, emergency drills, and first aid response.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and daily logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
