Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and Manage: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and handling complaints professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate with headquarters for replenishment.
  • Team Training: Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques among staff.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail sales or a similar supervisory role.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Passion: A keen interest in sports, fitness, and the retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
