Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with a network of agents and distributors to maximize product distribution.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for home appliances, specifically focusing on regulators, hoses, and stoves.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with retail stores to ensure optimal product display, inventory levels, and promotional activities.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding product availability or quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role within the consumer goods or home appliance sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Valid driving license is required for field visits and meetings.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and supply chain logistics.
