Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Salon Manager in the daily operations and administration of the David's Salon branch at SM Legazpi.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective team management and up-selling strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle client feedback promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of stylists, nail technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of retail and consumable products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in local marketing initiatives and events to grow the salon's client base.
- Prepare operational reports and sales summaries for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a salon, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented industry.
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and passionate about the beauty industry.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Legazpi City, Albay.
