We are looking for a dedicated Assistant/ Senior HR and Admin Executive to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will support the HR & Admin department across both our project sites and central headquarters. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and managing work pass administration for our diverse workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for project sites and central offices.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely CPF contributions.
- Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and compliance checks for foreign employees.
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support, such as employee relations, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with local regulations.
- Perform general office administration duties, such as vendor coordination, supply management, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and general administrative support, preferably in the construction or project management sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll procedures, and work pass regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CPHR) is an advantage.
