Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver specialized nursing care in NICU, pediatric, obstetric, and labor settings
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing teams
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans for high-risk patients
- Monitor patient conditions and intervene in critical situations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
- Participate in quality improvement and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in NICU/O&G/Labor
- Postgraduate certification in neonatal/pediatric/obstetric nursing
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
