Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of vulnerable families to identify needs and develop intervention plans
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling for clients facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
- Develop and implement personalized service plans to address family dynamics, parenting skills, and crisis management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies to coordinate holistic support services
- Maintain accurate client documentation and case records while adhering to confidentiality protocols
- Conduct home visits and community outreach to engage families and assess living conditions
- Participate in case conferences and inter-agency meetings to ensure coordinated care delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Registration with Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in family services or counseling
- Certification in crisis intervention, family systems therapy, or child protection
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with diverse client populations
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one other local language
- Knowledge of Singapore's social service landscape and community resources
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams
