Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide professional advice and recommendations on health, wellness, and beauty products.
- Manage and control pharmacy stock levels, including ordering and receiving deliveries.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Process cash transactions and manage point-of-sale operations.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license from the Malaysian Board of Pharmacy.
- Valid practicing certificate.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a retail team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
