Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and family counseling sessions for vulnerable clients
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop intervention plans
- Facilitate access to community resources and support services
- Maintain accurate case documentation and progress reports
- Organize and lead community outreach programs
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and government agencies
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency support services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid registration with Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW)
- Minimum 2 years of counseling/casework experience
- Certification in family therapy or crisis intervention preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's social services landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
