In this role, you will be the driving force behind our showroom's success, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations while inspiring our sales team to reach new heights.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Showroom Manager in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the showroom sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring store displays are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and resolution processes to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure the team is updated on new collections and features.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, home decor, or interior design sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Proficient in basic retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for interior design and home furnishing trends.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
