Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, compile, and analyze statistical data from various municipal sources, including surveys and census records.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on statistical findings to government officials and department heads.
- Assist in the conduct of national and local surveys, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update statistical databases and records in accordance with government standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to interpret data for policy formulation and budget planning.
- Monitor economic and social trends to provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Service rules and regulations regarding data handling and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced government environment.
- Experience in public sector or government administration is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.
