Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Store Custodian to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, working closely with the lead Store Custodian to ensure our retail environment remains productive, organized, and focused on hitting sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Custodian in monitoring daily sales activities to ensure store volume targets are met.
- Support market development initiatives to expand local customer reach and brand visibility.
- Perform accurate cash handling procedures, including drawer balancing and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain precise inventory records, conducting regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the visual merchandising and organization of the store to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare reports on inventory movement and store performance as requested by management.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store premises at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education or a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail, inventory management, or customer service role.
- Strong numerical proficiency for cash management and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga, and available for contract-based employment.
