Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Head in the overall management and strategic direction of supermarket operations.
- Drive store profitability by monitoring sales targets, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing inventory management.
- Lead, train, and mentor store associates to foster a culture of service excellence and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and merchandising standards.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient workflow management.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail, supermarket, or FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
