Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new store associates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency, including POS systems and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is preferred).
- Result-oriented with a proven track record in sales achievement.
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
