- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and excellent customer service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate supply chain logistics.
- Implement and monitor marketing promotions and visual merchandising displays to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
