Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, and operational standards
- Manage inventory control, including stock counts, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or food service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and KPI tracking
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
