Tanggung Jawab
- Support Store Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and mentor retail associates on sales techniques and customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate replenishment processes
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- 2+ years retail experience with supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and loss prevention
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with English proficiency
