Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and efficient workflow management.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Maintain exceptional service quality and ensure an outstanding customer experience at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise display to maximize sales potential.
- Handle daily financial tasks, including cash management, sales reporting, and register reconciliation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement store policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
