Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations oversight including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining high service quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational summaries for management review
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years experience in retail management or assistant management role
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic financial acumen for sales reporting and budget awareness
- Passion for beauty/cosmetics industry preferred
