Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in driving store profitability and achieving weekly sales targets.
- Lead and mentor store team members to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Manage daily floor operations, including visual merchandising updates and stock replenishment.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock takes, and loss prevention procedures.
- Foster a high-energy team environment that aligns with Smiggle’s brand values and culture.
- Handle scheduling, performance feedback, and on-the-job training for new staff.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently to maintain high brand satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and operational targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail administration tasks.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
