Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving store profitability and achieving weekly sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor store team members to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Manage daily floor operations, including visual merchandising updates and stock replenishment.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock takes, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Foster a high-energy team environment that aligns with Smiggle’s brand values and culture.
  • Handle scheduling, performance feedback, and on-the-job training for new staff.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently to maintain high brand satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and operational targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail administration tasks.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
