You will take ownership of key operational areas, including inventory management, visual merchandising implementation, team scheduling, and loss prevention. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered to build brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain premium visual merchandising standards in line with Adidas global guidelines.
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and attendance to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory replenishment to minimize stock loss and maximize sales potential.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales associates to build a strong, cohesive team.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and report findings to the Store Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fast-paced retail environment (fashion, sportswear, or FMCG is highly preferred).
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Passion for the Adidas brand and the sports lifestyle industry.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales reporting, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to operational detail.
