Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the daily operations of the Adidas Kids store to ensure smooth workflows.
- Drive sales performance by setting clear targets for the team and monitoring progress.
- Mentor and train store associates to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards aligned with Adidas brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and oversee loss prevention strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement marketing initiatives and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a leadership role within the retail fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including a good command of English.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems, POS, and inventory management software.
- A passion for the Adidas brand and a strong understanding of current fashion trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management is a plus.
