Tanggung Jawab
- Support Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and performance management
- Drive sales initiatives through team coaching, visual merchandising, and inventory optimization
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and brand experience delivery
- Execute staff training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Monitor store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and shrinkage control
- Coordinate inventory management including stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Assist in recruitment, scheduling, and development of retail team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in premium/sportswear sector
- Proven leadership skills in team development and performance management
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory systems, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Passion for athletic footwear/apparel and customer-centric retail philosophy
