Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily retail operations and ensure store goals are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in cash handling, inventory control, and POS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage.
