Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure store goals are met.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle cash management, banking procedures, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in cash handling, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage.
