Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing daily retail operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the store
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and monitoring stock levels
- Supervise and support store staff in providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash management procedures, including daily reconciliation and reporting
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist in training and developing store team members
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail management or assistant store management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Basic financial literacy and cash handling experience
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Relevant degree or diploma in business, retail management, or related field (preferred)
