Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in driving sales targets, achieving KPIs, and maximizing profitability for the Marc Jacobs store in Jakarta.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience by personally engaging with customers, building lasting relationships, and adeptly resolving any issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management of all store staff, including Sales Advisors and Supervisors.
- Implement and meticulously maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Marc Jacobs global brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, developing and executing strategic initiatives to optimize store performance and customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence in a high-end fashion or luxury goods environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing and customer-centric retail team.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service principles and a unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled client experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine passion for the Marc Jacobs brand, current fashion trends, and the luxury lifestyle sector.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by dynamic retail demands.
