- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and styling advice to enhance the shopping experience
- Drive sales through effective upselling, cross-selling, and implementing promotional strategies
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-performing team members
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
